Human Resources Technician
Full-time position available in our fast-paced Human Resources Department. Responsible for answering multi-line telephone system, greeting visitors and basic HR related duties. Candidates should posses’ excellent communication, interpersonal skills, documentation skills and ability to multitask. Must have high school diploma or equivalent, Associate Degree in related field and/or 2 years of experience in Human Resources preferred. Experience with MS Word, Excel & Access required.
New Residential Development in the Newport Area
Seeking caring and committed staff to provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a challenging, innovative team environment. Experience preferred but willing to training. All shifts available, including live-in, shift hours, overnight, and relief positions. Must have a High School diploma or equivalent and valid ME driver’s license in good standing.
Clinical Therapist - Part-time
Seeking a strong generalist who is comfortable working as part of a team in a corrections environment. Qualified applicants have the opportunity to work with juveniles, families and groups utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities. Requires LCSW, LMSW-CC, LCPC, LCPC-CC or LMFT, experience working in corrections preferred. Must have experience with MS Word, email and internet.
Daily Living Support Specialist
Seeking staff with mental health experience to teach daily living, social integration, and community integration skills to adults with mental health diagnoses. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and must qualify for conditional or full Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist Level-I certification. Must have valid Maine driver’s license in good standing with reliable transportation. Experience with Microsoft Word, email and internet required. Positions available in our Dover-Foxcroft and Bangor locations. Starting wage $10.00 - 11.75 per hour based on experience.
Habilitation Specialist
Caring people to work with children with special needs. Positions with flexible hours available in most Central Maine communities.
Must have High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum qualification of one year experience working with children or adults with developmental or behavioral health needs or life experience or equivalent educational background. Able to successfully complete CPR, first aid, and MANDT training. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to lift waist high up to 25% of body weight, bend, twist, sit, drive a car, walk on uneven surfaces, climb stairs and engage in occasional emergency physical restraint. Valid Maine driver's license in good standing with reliable transportation and appropriate level of insurance coverage. Starting wage $9.00 to $11.00 per hour depending on experience and/or education.
